Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each. Pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure a good sear. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. Place your skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat until shimmering but not smoking.
