  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: red chili flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
