  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Pour half of the cooled teriyaki glaze over the chicken thighs and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
