Description
These frozen peanut butter Greek yogurt bites are a creamy, nutty, and healthy treat perfect for hot afternoons, post-workout cravings, or midnight snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120g) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup (120g) creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey. Stir or whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Add 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Mix again to incorporate the flavors evenly.
- If you’re using mix-ins like mini chocolate chips (about 2 tablespoons), fold them into the mixture gently.
- Spoon the mixture into your silicone mold or ice cube tray, filling each cavity almost to the top. Smooth out the tops with a spatula.
- Optional: Sprinkle a few extra mini chocolate chips or a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each bite for added texture and flavor.
- Place the mold in the freezer and let the bites set for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the mold and transfer them to an airtight container. Store them in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
