Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently with a spatula until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle generously over the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
