Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prep the other ingredients.
